Logs for Bingley homes

The tonne bag of mixed hardwood is the main winter order. The barrow bag is a smaller load for homes with less storage. Add a net bag of kindling and you have everything for the first fires of the season in one delivery.

Areas we cover around Bingley

We deliver across Bingley and to Cottingley, Crossflatts, Eldwick, Gilstead, Harden, Micklethwaite, Morton, Wilsden and Cullingworth. We also cover Keighley, Shipley and Baildon and Bradford.

Smoke control in Bingley

Smoke control in Bingley is set by Bradford Council, whose orders cover parts of the district rather than all of it. To check your street, use the detailed boundary map linked from the council's smoke control page.

If your address is inside a smoke control area, logs are fine in a Defra-exempt stove. In any other stove or open fire there, you need an authorised smokeless fuel instead.

Questions about delivery to Bingley

Is it quicker to collect from Keighley?

Often, yes. Collection from Farrahs Saw Mill is free and usually available the same day. Call 07435 515639 before you come so your order is ready.

Do you deliver to Cottingley, Eldwick and Wilsden?

Yes, free, along with the other villages listed above.

Is a barrow bag enough for the winter?

It depends on how often you light the stove. For fires most evenings, a tonne bag lasts longer and means fewer orders.

Do you sell coal as well?

Yes. Our coal and smokeless fuel range can go on the same order as your logs.
