Logs for Shipley and Baildon homes

If you live in a terrace with a small yard, think about where the logs will go before you order. A barrow bag or a few 40-litre net bags fit a small store. If you have room for a bulk bag, the tonne bag of mixed hardwood lasts much longer between orders.

Areas we cover

We deliver across Shipley, Saltaire, Windhill, Wrose and Charlestown, and across Baildon, Lower Baildon, Baildon Green and Esholt. We also cover Bingley, Bradford and Leeds.

Smoke control in Shipley and Baildon

Both towns are in the Bradford district, where the council's smoke control orders cover some areas and not others. Check your address on the boundary map linked from Bradford Council's smoke control page before your first order.

Inside a smoke control area, logs are only allowed in a Defra-exempt stove. The council can issue a fixed penalty of up to £300 when a chimney there gives off smoke.

Questions about delivery to Shipley and Baildon

Do you deliver to Saltaire?

Yes. Saltaire, Shipley and Baildon all get free weekday delivery.

A barrow bag or a few net bags. They take up far less room than a tonne bag and are easier to carry through a house or back gate.

Is there a delivery charge?

Not on orders of £75 or more. Shipley and Baildon are about 6 miles from our yard, inside our delivery area.
