Logs Local works with a trusted network of local and regional firewood suppliers.
Once an order is placed, it will be accepted and scheduled by one of our suppliers before delivery is confirmed.
We will always allocate your order to the closest available supplier for the fastest possible delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been accepted by a supplier, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Our delivery aim:
To schedule and confirm your delivery slot within 7 days of your order.
Most deliveries occur much sooner, but during peak season (October–March) or in rural/high-demand areas, delays may occur.
Delivery Method
Deliveries are made by our approved suppliers using:
- Tippers
- Crane vehicles
- Flatbeds
- Tail-lifts
- Or suitable delivery vans depending on your area
Delivery is kerbside or driveway only unless otherwise agreed.
Drivers cannot move logs through homes or up steep/unsafe access routes.
Access Requirements
Please ensure adequate access for delivery.
This includes:
- Clear vehicle access to your driveway or kerbside
- Space for large bulk bags or crates to be placed
- No low-hanging wires or obstructions preventing safe access
Delays
Events outside of our control — such as weather, peak demand, or supplier capacity — may extend delivery times.
If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated.

We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days across the UK. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been assigned by our supplier.

We offer kiln-dried hardwood logs in various sizes including standard, large, and kindling. Our logs are primarily oak, ash, and birch, all sustainably sourced and cut to approximately 25cm length to fit most stoves and fireplaces.

All our logs are kiln-dried to below 20% moisture content, with most batches achieving 15% or less. This ensures optimal burning efficiency, maximum heat output, and minimal smoke. Each delivery includes a moisture reading certificate.

We use a network of trusted local delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Our delivery team will contact you the day before to confirm your delivery window. If you're not available, we can leave the logs in a safe, dry location of your choice.
