Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5 / 5 from 99 reviews.

Always grateful for prompt, professional and friendly delivery, thank you ! The logs in our most delivery are quite a bit larger than previous orders, quite a few won't fit into our log burger so we'll need to find a way to chop them smaller - not the end of the world but just inconvenient

Customer photo review of Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs Firewood Large Tonne Bag

I usually find wood myself, cut it and dry it out.but I decided to cut all the hassle out and order a tonne bag.The wood that I bought from here is better quality and drier than the wood I was using.meaning il get longer life out of the flew without it needing cleaning from a chimney sweep. The wood is big thick chunks and bone dry.it seems to burn for longer too🔥👍

Great experience. Received the logs quickly and had some help putting them into the storage. The logs received are in the majority of the photo.(The bottom left is what remained of last years logs.) A friendly and helpful staff. Would strongly recommend.

Logs Local XL Tonne Bag of Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs

Customer photo review of Logs Local Large Tonne Bag of Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs Dumpy Bag

This is my first time ordering from Logs Local afer a very disappointing order from another supplier last year. The gentleman who delivered the logs was extremely helpful and friendly and the logs were the quantity I was expecting. I haven't had the fire on yet this year but everything looks good so far. Thanks Logs Local.

FAQs

Everything you need to know about our fuel

  • We deliver from our Keighley yard, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is free within 40 miles on orders over £75. You can also collect from our yard, often the same day.

  • Multi-fuel stoves and open fires. Wood-only stoves aren't designed for mineral fuels, so don't use it in one. Check your stove's manual for the fuels it allows. See our smokeless fuel guide.

  • Only fuels authorised for smoke control areas can be burned in an open fire or a stove that isn't exempt. Ask us for the manufacturer and certificate number before you order, and check Defra's list. See smoke control area rules.

  • Our delivery team will contact you before to confirm your delivery window. If you're not available, we can leave your order in a safe, dry location of your choice.
